Carnoustie Golf Club
Widely recognised as the toughest test in Open Championship golf, the Carnoustie Championship Course is a par 72, but with a Standard Scratch Score for amateurs of 75! WOW! The Burnside is often overshadowed by it’s illustrious neighbour, but it oozes character and from the back tees is a splendid test of golf. The third golf course at Carnoustie, Buddon Links, is a relatively new golf course having been opened in 1979. It was designed by Peter Allis and Davis Thomas although there have been significant changes since. What a 54 hole package!
