Opened in 1998, the 18-hole course at Alicante Golf Club is situated near to the San Juan beach on the outskirts of Alicante. This Seve Ballesteros designed course has beautiful lakes and artificial rivers and is an easy-to-walk course. The course offers golfers a variety of challenging and interesting holes; one of which is the 14th hole where golfers are required to clear the ball over a re-creation of Roman ruins.
