Less than three hours from Calais, the city of Reims and Champagne golf is easily accessible to those wanting to drive that little further into France. Brimming with historical buildings, manicured public gardens, thousands of vineyards (mmm!) and wonderful pretty golf courses, the Champagne region is an excellent golf destination. Strasbourg is a little further into France than Reims (approx. six hours) but the golf is just as good, if not a little better. Combine this with Michelin-starred restaurants, quality accommodation and lots of bars and clubs in the beautiful old town, you’ll be amazed at how it took you so long to visit.
