Costa Teguise Golf Club
With over 3.500 palms, Costa Teguise Golf Course is an oasis surrounded by the breathtaking volcanic landscape of the island of Lanzarote. Designed in 1978 by the famous architect John Harris, playing the course provides an incredible experience whilst being in a beautiful environment at the side of an old volcano. The course is designed to be both smooth and varied. Its numerous doglegs stimulate players and require them to bring all their clubs into play. It even represents a challenge for professional players, whilst offering an attractive and enjoyable game for those of more modest skills. Lanzarote Golf Club
Lanzarote Golf is a new golf course on the island of Lanzarote, situated between Puerto del Carmen and Tias, five minutes from the main hotels and beaches of Puerto del Carmen and ten minutes from the airport. It is an 18-hole, par 72 course with four par 3's, four par 5's and ten par 4's, with a total of 6,746 yards in length. The course was conceived to appeal to any player regardless of handicap, to enjoy the game on wide fairways and big greens. The Golf Course has been created by the well-known North American Ron Kirby, chief project designer of Jack Nicklaus. He has given the maximum respect to the original land and typical Lanzarotenean landscape with its undulations and old stone walls. The location of the course in the higher zone of Puerto del Carmen offers the player spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean as far as Arrecife and to Fuerteventura and Lobos.
