Overlooking the Irish Sea, The Portmarnock Hotel is situated between the beautiful, picturesque villages of Malahide and Howth. The hotel has a Championship Golf Course and also an award-winning brasserie.
The hotel combines modern style with the splendour of a 19th-century residence, previously owned by a member of the Jameson Whiskey dynasty, now home to the well-known, Jameson Bar. There is also a cocktail lounge offering stunning sea views.
Rooms at the Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links all have views of either, the ocean, gardens or golf course. Rooms also include internet access, and tea/coffee-making facilities.
The hotel also has direct access to the beach, a fitness room and the Oceana Beauty & Treatment Rooms.
Situated on the shoreline of a rugged peninsula, The Links Portmarnock was the first golf course that International Management Group (IMG) developed in Ireland and opened for play in 1995.
The hotel’s golf course was designed by Bernard Langer and played host to the Irish Ladies Open in 2008 and 2009.
